If a brand or logo is not already included in our database, it must be "trained" before it can be detected in broadcast or social media content. This is a multi-step process conducted in partnership with Hive AI.
The Training Timeline:
- Submission Cycles: New brand submissions are accepted every five weeks.
- Training Duration: The actual AI training takes approximately four weeks to complete.
- Total Lead Time: Expect up to two months from the initial submission to full system integration.
Requirements for Submission:
To ensure high detection accuracy, teams should provide various logo files, including horizontal and vertical orientations and different colorways (e.g., full color, white/knockout, monochrome).
Note: Training is not retroactive; it only applies to content captured after the training is finalized.
