How can we help?

Q: What if a partner brand/logo needs to be trained?

If a brand or logo is not already included in Hive’s trained database, it will not be detectable in broadcast or social media content. However, we can attempt to train new brands and logos with Hive.

Key Details:

How Does the Training Process Work?

  1. Submission: Your team will provide Trajektory with the logo and any relevant variations (e.g., horizontal vs. vertical layouts, different colorways, etc.) via our designated submission process. We recommend including as many variations as possible to ensure accurate detection across all contexts.
  2. Training Cycle: Once submitted, the logo enters our training cycle, where it is incorporated into the logo detection model. This process involves analyzing and learning the logo’s characteristics to enable accurate identification in diverse scenarios, such as different lighting conditions or partial visibility.
  3. Integration: After training, the newly added logo is integrated into Trajektory’s detection system. From this point forward, it will be included in all future analyses, ensuring it is captured across broadcast content and relevant social media platforms.

Why This Matters:

Having your brand or logo trained ensures that it will be accurately tracked and included in Trajektory’s reports, allowing you to measure its full sponsorship exposure and impact. For clients with new branding, special event logos, or unique assets, the training process is an invaluable way to guarantee that these elements are visible in your sponsorship analytics. By investing in logo training, you can maximize the accuracy of your sponsorship data and gain a complete understanding of your brand’s performance across all channels.
